KB Home Design tips

KB Home makes it easy to design your own home. Our interactive personalization tool allows you to select KB Home Studio options and preview the choices directly on your computer screen. As you make selections from the options menu the picture changes to reflect your choices.

In the kitchen you can choose among the various countertop choices, customize the look of cabinets and choose between Whirlpool or Kitchenaid appliances. Decide if you want a stand-up or tub shower in the bath. In the family room, differentiate between various window treatments and light fixtures and whether or not to include a fireplace.

The selections are only a sampling of the more than 5,000 choices available at your local KB Home Studio. Each floor plan offers unique customizing opportunities, so visit a KB Home neighborhood to find the perfect home for you. Don't forget to print your selections after you are finished so you and your KB Home studio design consultant can discuss your choices.
