List the new home products you've been dreaming of (carpeting, cabinets, countertops, etc.). Bring this list along for your appointment and we'll work with KB Home's preferred lender, Countrywide KB Home Loans, to include these items in your mortgage and make your wish list a reality.
Collected magazine images of your favorite styles to share with your design consultant?
Brought along fabric swatches, paint swatches and other accessories to help design your home?
It's always a good idea to bring along pictures, paint chips, textures, etc, to help you with your decision-making.
Arranged for a babysitter?
Often, our homebuyers like to give their undivided attention to the final appointment, which can last for several hours. We know that it is difficult for little ones to be so patient.
