It's everything you need to ensure your home is truly unique.

- What happens when I visit KB Home Studio?
Your personal design consultant will guide you every step of the way. The consultant will give you a personal tour and help you define your vision of your Built to Order home, narrow your choices and stay within your budget.

- Do I need an appointment to visit KB Home Studio?
You may come in and browse anytime. In fact, we encourage you to come in often. However, we DO recommend appointments when working with your design consultant. When confirming your final Built to Order design selections (which usually takes 2-3 hours), you will need an appointment.

- What brand names does KB Home Studio carry?
You'll find quality, trusted national brands like Shaw, Armstrong, Sherwin-Williams, Delta Faucet, Whirlpool and KitchenAid.

- How do my choices affect the cost of my KB home?
That's the true value of creating a Built to Order home. You pay only for what you choose to put into your home. Plus, prices include tax and installation. You don't pay the additional delivery or installation charges you may have with a retail store.

- How much should I spend on my Built to Order design features?
This is, of course, entirely up to you. Most homebuyers spend a minimum of 13% of the purchase price of the home in personalization.

- Can I finance my design choices through my home loan?
Yes! In most cases, your Built to Order design choices can be rolled into your mortgage-so you get a one-of-a-kind home at a great monthly payment.

- Can I go to a KB Home Studio before I even purchase a home?
Yes. It's a terrific way to get a feel for what it means to create a Built to Order home. When comparing KB Home to other builders, you'll see that most other builders don't come close to the range of personalization and choice that comes with owning a Built to Order home.
